Angela Patricia Mann
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1 at St. Pius X Church, 209 S. Williams St. in Moberly, Mo. for Angela Patricia Mann.
Angela was born Aug. 9, 1917, in Watsonville to Emile and Pearl Strazicich. She lived in California nearly all her life until moving to Missouri with her daughter, Dorothy Mann, in 2001.
She has resided with Dorothy in Clifton Hill, Mo. for several years.
Angela was employed by the Catholic Diocese of Fresno for 30 years while living in Watsonville, Bakersfield and later in Bishop. She served as Senior Senator for the state of California in Inyo-Mono County in 1985, and often served the county on the Grand Jury.
She was President of the Bishop Altar Society and leader of the church choir for years.
Her great talents were cooking and catering fine dinners, and creating lovely gardens wherever she lived.
She is survived by four children, George E. Pershall of Texas, Vivian C. Olsen of Oregon, John A. Mann of Hawaii and Dorothy J. Mann of Missouri; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
