A season for singing

The Holiday Harmony Chorus, shown here during the 2009 holiday season, invite local ladies to join them in time for their 2010 holiday performance schedule.

Any local ladies who love to sing are invited to join the High Sierra Chorus of Sweet Adelines International as the group performs at different events in Inyo and Mono counties throughout the Christmas season.
The Holiday Harmony Chorus will again be performing at local craft bazaars and the Bishop Night of Lights and tree-lighting ceremony, after which the ladies plan to carol around town.
Women interested in joining the merriment are invited to the chorus’ regularly scheduled rehearsals at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights, beginning Nov. 2, at the First Presbyterian Church across from McDonald’s in Bishop.
