Joe Leland Snoderly

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22 at the Bishop Christian Center for longtime Bishop resident Joe Leland Snoderly.
Born June 13, 1948 in Waynesville, Mo. to Roy and Willene Snoderly, Joe died Sept. 23, 2010 at Renown Medical Center in Reno from complications of open heart surgery. He was 62.
Joe was raised in La Habra and worked in the Southern California area as a heavy equipment mechanic, transferring to the Bishop area in 1977. In the early 1980s, he established his own business, Snoderly Well Drilling.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Candice Snoderly.
Joe is survived by his three daughters and their spouses, Shondra and Jerry Jerabek of Santee, Shelly Snoderly-Tillemans and Shane Tillemans of Big Pine and Jayme and Thomas Westervelt of Big Pine; brother and sister-in-law, John and Millie Snoderly of Antioch; and seven grandchildren, Alyssa, Dakota and Jarrod Jerabek, Chasity Snoderly, Dominic and Meghenna Westervelt, and Kaelin Hernandez.
