A short standoff at 489 Pa Me Ln. in Bishop ended peacefully Tuesday with the arrest of Bishop resident Sam Vega Jr., 38.
The Inyo County Sheriffâ€™s Department received a call at about 11:40 a.m. Tuesday reporting that a male subject had threatened a Southern California Edison Employee with a firearm.
