Roberta Lynn Corning

Roberta Lynn Corning, born Dec. 18, 1963, passed away at her home in Dyer, Nev. Jan. 18, 2014.
A beloved wife of David Corning, she was also the devoted daughter of Isabel Marshall of Big Pine and loving sister of Ruth Ann Goede of Bishop.
Roberta was born in Pasadena and grew up in Sierra Madre, but lived 24 years in the Bishop area before moving with her husband David to Dyer.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Hayward Marshall of Big Pine in September of 2012.
She is survived by her mother and father-in-law, Ann and Steven Engen of San Diego; brothers-in-law, George Corning of Dyer and Charles Goede of Bishop; niece and nephews, Nicole and Charles Goede Jr. and Alan Goede; great-niece, Hannah Goede of Bishop; great-nephews, Ezekiel and Eli Goede of Bishop; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada and the United States.
A celebration of life is to be held at a later date.
