Inyo County Superior Courts have been asked to set a trial date for Dawndee and Kenneth Rossy, the Bishop couple accused of embezzling as much as $1.5 million from the Inyo County Health and Human Services Public Assistance program while Dawndee worked as a supervisor in the department.
