Jeffrey David Wagoner
Jeffrey David Wagoner, born Feb. 16, 1979 in Bishop, died Oct. 14, 2013 at Northern Inyo Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Jeff loved all that the Eastern Sierra had to offer. He was a skilled hunter and fisherman.
After graduating from Bishop Union High School in 1997, he moved to Quincy to attend Feather River College. He obtained his contractors license for finish work, cabinets, doors and furniture.
In 2008 his love for the outdoors took him to Dillon, Mont., where he enjoyed hunting big game, fishing at Clarkes Reservoir, ice skating and snowboarding with his children.
Jeff always had a beautiful smile and positive attitude even when times were difficult, painful and uncertain. He was kind, compassionate, a loving son, faithful friend and most importantly an adoring daddy to Forrest and Winona.
Jeff leaves behind his precious children, Forrest and Winona Wagoner; his parents, John and Betty Wagoner; brothers, John Wagoner, Jr. and James Wagoner and their spouses, Sierra Stewart and Morningstar Wagoner; nephews, Peyton, Kade, Flint and Wyatt; and niece, Lily Wagoner.
A celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at First Presbyterian Church, 585 N. Main St. in Bishop.
