JUNE 10, 2013 – The Mammoth 2 Bishop Fun Bike Ride and Finish Line Music Festival “isn’t just an exciting new event coming this summer to the beautiful Eastern Sierra.”
According to the Mammoth 2 Bishop website, www.mammoth2bishop.com, the event is also the culmination of organizer and High Sierra Events founder Lloyd Cearley’s five-year dream. Cearley said he has been hoping to offer the unique cycling event since he fell in love with and moved to Mammoth Lakes in 2002-03.
Set for this Saturday, June 15, the event will feature a bike ride from Mammoth Lakes to Millpond County Park in Bishop, with rest stops along the route, and a music festival waiting at the finish line at Millpond. The bike ride begins at 10 a.m. and music starts at noon at Millpond.
