George Arthur Chatburn



George Arthur Chatburn born May 15, 1922, in Oakland, Calif., passed away Sept. 30, 2012. He was a longtime resident of Chalfant Valley and a carpenter by profession.

George proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and was a soldier in WWII.

He is survived by his daughter, Laurie Hull (Tom Clark); son, Paul Chatburn; two grandsons, Nathan Hull (Wendy) and Michael Hull (Sabrina); and two great-grandsons, Connor Hull and Riley Hull. He was preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Chatburn.

There will be no service; he was laid to rest by the Pioneer Cemetery District located in the East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop.
