Linda Lemmons-Hein, a 1968 Montclair High School graduate, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 13, 2012. Surrounded by her loving husband and children, Linda ended her battle with pancreatic cancer peacefully in her sleep at home.
Linda was a dedicated wife and mother whose true passion was her love for her family. A resident of Hesperia since 1986, Linda loved to bake, camp and fish, sing and garden. She will be remembered most for her devotion to her family, her courage and her love for the Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Hein of Hesperia; her son, Matthew Clifford; her daughter, Sara Clifford- Volkert and spouse Wes Volkert; her daughter, Anika Hein; her son, Luke Hein; her grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Jared and Cole; her mother, Lois Lemmons; her sister, Jane Lemmons; her brother, Paul Lemmons; her best friends, Deborah Spiker and Lynn Johnson; and her pets, Jake and Hank.
She is pre-deceased by her father, Clifford D. Lemmons.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. May 19 at Brune Mortuary, located at 325 W. Elm St. in Bishop. The service will be officiated by Pastor Bill Abbott and a reception will be held at Whiskey Creek restaurant, located at 524 N. Main St. in Bishop.
