Amelia ‘Millie’ Frank

Amelia “Millie” Frank, 78 of Bishop, born in Lida, Nev. Aug. 30, 1933, passed away Oct. 27, 2011 peacefully in her home with her family at her side.
Graveside services will be held at Fish Lake Valley Cemetery on Nov. 5, 2011, at 10 a.m. A potluck luncheon will follow.
Millie leaves behind her husband of 46 years, Earl; her brother, Alfred Patterson; sisters Madeline Frank, Della Patterson, Marjorie Patterson and Stella Patterson-Pillaca; her children, Clifton, Douglas, Doreen, Earl and Pamela;  and grandchildren, Eddie, Dena, Erick, Clifton, Julie, Justin, Tara, Charnelle, Hillary, Wayne, Gary, Ross, Desmond, Destiny and Michael.  She was expecting her 17th great-grandchild.  She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters and her son.
Millie believed in her Native Beliefs and passed it on to her children, grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.  She enjoyed oil painting, playing cards and traveling to Handgame tournaments.
Her love and laughter for her family and friends will be missed.
