June 22, 2011

It’s not too late to sign up for this weekend’s One-Pitch Tournament held at Bishop City Park this Saturday and Sunday.
Proceeds from the tournament will go towards memberships at the Bishop Bullpen for underprivileged athletes.
The format on Saturday is a round robin. Sunday is a single-elimination run for tournament champion. Each team is guaranteed four shots at the gold.
Play starts at 8 a.m. each day. Saturday ends at midnight; Sunday action will go until 2 or 3 p.m.
Teams interested in participating, call Willy Pasquel at (760) 937-2019.
