The following is the complete listing of obituaries that appeared in the June 13 edition of The Inyo Register.
Martha Mill
1914-2008

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. today, May 13 at Trinity Episcopal Memorial Church in Lone Pine for Martha Mill.
Martha was born in Manzanar to early Inyo County residents Henry and Mamie Lenbek on Sept. 1, 1914.
She was a lifelong resident of Lone Pine and attended school in Manzanar and Independence, graduating with an AA degree from Pasadena City Collage.
Martha, her husband Eugene K. Mills and their three children lived at Cottonwood Power Plant, which supplied power for the area.
After that she spent her remaining years living in Lone Pine. She worked for the Post Office and was very involved in her church activities. She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
“She will be missed and she left memories that we will all cherish,” the family said.
Martha was preceded in death by her son, David Mills, and her grandson, Eugene Davison.
She is survived by her daughters, Crystal Reeves of Garden Grove and Kathleen Mills of Huntington Beach; sister, Faye Hirst of La Mirada; grandchildren, Dawn Linton of Garden Grove, Valerie Davison of Anaheim and Joseph Davison of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; great-grandchildren, Jessica Davison, Joseph Davison and Dylan Davison of Alabama; nieces, Kay Van Valkenberg, Charlene Payne, Doris Smith, Wanda Simpson and Doreen Wolf; and nephews, Terald Goodwin and Allen Lenbek and their children.
