Holly Crystal Moldenhauer was born and raised in North Hollywood. She attended Lutheran Sunday School and confirmation classes and was a proud member of Camp Fire Girls and Jobs Daughters. While learning tap and ballet, Holly also performed as a movie industry extra.

Private funeral services for 30-year Yucaipa resident Elisa Kay Hernandez will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 19 at Woodman Cemetery in Big Pine.
Born March 19, 1962 in Lancaster, Elisa passed away Jan. 4, 2012. She was 49.
Elisa was preceded in death by her father, Manuel Hernandez; grandmother, Anona Harvier; and brother, William Oscar Warlie.

Dorothy C. Burnstrom

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18 at the East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop for 32-year Bishop resident Dorothy C. Burnstrom. Rev. Kathleen Puntar of the First United Methodist Church will officiate.
Born Aug. 19, 1924 in New York City, N.Y., Dorothy passed away Jan. 12, 2012 at the Bishop Care Center. She was 87.
Dorothy worked for Mammoth Mountain Ski Area for 12 years. She also worked at Ganer Sports in Bishop.

Joseph Mikalowsky
1938-2011
Born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and died in Lone Pine, California at age 73.
Joe joined the U.S. Air Force in May 1957, served proudly for 28 years including tours in Vietnam and Korea and then retired to Lone Pine.
During his 26 years in Lone Pine, Joe served as the VFW Post Commander, manager of the Mt. Whitney Golf Club and helped Ernie Laskey at Ernie’s Tin Roof by Diaz Lake.
Joe was well known and liked by many, he will be greatly missed.
Kermit Douglas Greer

Kermit Douglas Greer, born Jan. 3, 1955 in Orange County, Calif. at St. Joseph’s Hospital, passed away Jan. 9, 2012.
Kermit had a true passion for life and conversation. He loved being involved in the Native American culture. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and all the neighbor kids. He had a passion for hiking, biking, golfing, camping and especially learning.
Roy Wayne Brown
1929-2012
Roy Brown of Bakersfield passed away in Bakersfield Memorial Hospital from pneumonia after surgery on a broken leg.
Roy was born Dec. 22, 1929 to Sanford Jonah and Hazel Brown in Texola, Okla. The family moved to California when Roy was 7 years old and settled in Delano where he went to school and graduated from Delano High School in 1947.
