Kenneth ‘Don’ Donald Traver
1928-2011
Funeral services will be private for Kenneth, “Don” Donald Traver.
Born Jan. 10, 1028, Don died the morning of Feb. 6, 2011 at the Bishop Care Center.
Don was a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle who is dearly midsed by his family and friends.
Irma Tibbets
1926-2011
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18 at Big Pine Communty United Methodist Church for lifelong Big Pine resident Irma Tibbetts. The Rev. Dr. Karen Moore. Burial will be at the Woodmen Cemetery in Big Pine.
Born June 30, 1926 in Big Pine, Irma died Feb. 10, 2011 at the Bihsop Care Center. She was 84.

Thomas L. Cone
1930-2011
Graveside services will be held at noon Friday, Feb. 11 at the East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop, followed by a reception at the VFW at 2 p.m. for Thomas L. Cone.
Born June 4, 1930 in Lubbock, Texas to Thomas Fowler Cone and Maggie Bloys Cone, Thomas died Feb. 7, 2011. He was 80.
John Charles Bodine, Sr.
1944-2011
Burial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, at the Pioneer Cemetery in Bishop for long-time Bishop resident John Charles Bodine, Sr. The Rev. Caddy Jackson will officiate. A memorial service will follow from 1-4 p.m. at the Highlands Mobile Home Park Senior Center in Bishop.
Born June 24, 1944 to John A. and Chris T. Bodine in Bell, John died Feb. 2, 2011 at Olive View Hospital in Sylmar. He was 66.

Horace Willis Higgs

A celebration of life for Horace Willis Higgs will be held later this summer in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born March 27, 1918 in Salt Lake City to Horace H. Higgs and Myrtle Perkins Higgs, Will died Jan. 28, 2011.
Rich ‘Chief’ Richardson
1918-2011
Funeral services will be held at 1 a.m. today at Brune Mortuary Chapel in Bishop for 48-year Bishop resident Rich “Chief” Richardson. The Rev. Caddy Jackson will officiate. Burial will be at the East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop.
Born Feb. 9, 1918 in Long Beach, Chief died Feb. 1, 2011 in Bishop. He was 93.
Chief served 24 years in the U.S. Navy, then 15 years with Contel Telephone Company in Bishop.

Howard Boyd

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Methodist Church in Big Pine, 150 S. School St. in Big Pine, for Howard Boyd.
Born Nov. 4, 1952, Howard died peacefully at his home in Big Pine on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011. He was 58.
Elizabeth May Bailey

No services are planned for Elizabeth May Bailey.
Born Feb. 10, 1932 in Lone Pine to John (Jack) and Zelma Partridge, Elizabeth, better known to her friends as Betty or Betsie, died at the home of her friend, Michele D. Hanson, Jan. 15, 2011. She was 78.

Malinda White (French)

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011 at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 Redwood Rd. in Murray City, Utah for Malinda White (French). Viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10-10:45 a.m. Thursday prior to services. Burial will be at the Murray City Cemetery.
Born Sept. 6, 1949 in Downey, Malinda died Jan. 28, 2011 of natural causes in Murray. She was 61.
Clara Belle Charette
1931-2011
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 3 at the West Line Street Cemetery in Bishop for life-long Bishop resident Clara Belle Charette. Father John Gracey will officiate. Visitation will be from noon-5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2 at Brune Mortuary in Bishop.
Born Aug. 21, 1931 in Bishop, Clara died Jan. 28, 2011 at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was 79.
Clara was employed as a waitress at the Bishop Grill for more than 30 years.
