William George Greenlee
William George Greenlee, 76, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011 in Medford, Ore.
Born in Los Angeles in 1934, Bill moved to Bishop with his mother, Elizabeth, his daddy, William and sister, Georgia in 1949.
Richard Kenneth Nelson
Richard Kenneth Nelson, age 74, born in Lone Pine on June 15, 1937, died Oct. 2, 2011 in Spokane, Wash.
Richard was raised in Big Pine and resided in Bishop until the early 1970s, when he moved his family to Seeley Lake, Mont. Richard served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Berlin Crisis. He loved the outdoors.
Daniel Lee Bostrom
Eldest child and only son to Al and Myrtle “Bink” Bostrom, born May 26, 1934, Daniel Lee Bostrom passed away at his home in Hillsboro, Ore, Sept. 22, 2011.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Marks and her husband Jim; Shawn Bostrom and her son, Jason; daughter, Cheri, her daughter, Heather and grandson, Bill; daughters, Tammy and Heidi and their children; daughter, Nicole and her boys, Dylan and Kevin; daughters, Danielle and Kimberly, and many cousins.
Bill Poole was born in San Gabriel on March 1, 1952, spent his childhood in Arcadia, and passed away peacefully on Oct. 1, 2011 at home in Woodbridge.
Howard Fred Little
Howard Fred Little, age 76, resident of Bishop for 54 years, born in Los Angeles on Nov. 11, 1934, died Oct. 2, 2011 at Carson City, Nev.
Bradley E. Stevens
Bradley Earl Stevens died Sept. 9, 2011, with family at his side. He was 54.
Bradley was a resident of Bend, Ore., but had been staying with family in Washougal, Wash. while undergoing cancer treatment.
He was born the fourth of six children on Dec. 9, 1956 in Glendale to Leslie and Ruby Stevens.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services for 60-year Bishop resident Doreen Bellas will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Barlow Lane Gym. She gently passed from this earth in Bishop on Sept. 24, 2011.
