County leaders will hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. today to discuss progress on the Digital 395 project, the county snow removal policy and other county business.
The board will meet in the County Administrative Center in Independence and the meeting is open to the public. To make up for that meeting, county leaders will be meeting today.
