The Bishop Broncos delivered a double whammy at Frazier Mountain Tuesday with wins for both the girls and boys soccer teams.
The Lady Broncos victory sent Bishop to the top of the High Desert League.
The Broncos scored in the first minute on a great pass from Alex Tillemans to Eva Bohg who fought off several defenders and blasted the ball into the net.
âThis was a good win for us,â said coach Tim Freeman. âThe girls were up for the game. Any time you can get out of the bus and score in the first minute â it takes the edge off the game.â
